Janice: 20 years trying and today I reached my goal.
Rewind 1 year, October, I had gone up to my full term pregnancy weight and the heaviest I’d ever been . I had let grief, illness and the menopause take over and I was struggling to work and function.
I managed to lose some of the weight myself but it was going back on quickly as I continued with my late night snacking habits and yo yo dieting .
A friend recommended 8 Week Lean and I can honestly say it has been life changing . With Robs no nonsense approach, 8WL workouts , boot camps, nutrition course and the support of the Facebook community group I have been able to ditch my bad habits and make good habits. I now enjoy getting out of bed early to exercise and set myself up to start the day strong .
