Work on these, find solutions.

All of these problems can be solved, they can be broken down like a puzzle and completed.

You are adaptable.

You are capable of many great things…

You just need to start the ball rolling.

How can you solve the current issue?

Start using those pathways in the brain, the more you use it the stronger that pathway will become.

Just like water your head will want to take the path of least resistance.

Become smart, use what you know and what you have learnt.

Problem-solve your external issues and see your confidence and self-esteem grow.

How can you walk more?

How can you add in exercise?

How can you eat less?

Tick tock… the more your head works and looks for solutions then you will find more success.

There is nothing wrong with you.

You are not the problem.

You are not different to anyone else.

It is not easier for anyone else.

Are you just seeing yourself as the problem, instead of the issue at hand?

Find the solution to the problem.

Then you will find the way to succeed.

Problem solve the shit out of it!
