Every single one of us.

We doubt our abilities, we doubt our knowledge, we doubt our strength.

This is normal, but you also need to have the positive voice inside.

But don’t put yourself down for your successes!

You’ve achieved something, no matter what it is.

Talk positively to yourself.

Celebrate your successes.

No matter how small.


Don’t put a negative on the end of it.

I’ve achieved this… but it's still shit for example.

When you hear yourself putting negative self-talk on the end, put yourself in your place and ‘tell yourself off’.

Then say no, you’ve done well.

Great effort & smile.


Do not put a negative on the end of a positive!

Practice self-belief, practice congratulating yourself!


Change the years of self-doubt.

Change years of negative talk.


Smile.

Laugh.

Put a positive onto it.

Congratulate yourself.


It’s all a habit 😉
