I was a part of 59 Commando squadron and did 2 tours in Afghanistan. We often hear about 'western diseases' whether that is diabetes, depression or anxiety. Truly, the biggest disease that faces the Western world is our mindset.

Victor Frankl, the Austrian psychoanalyst spent years in a concentration camp during the holocaust. He was robbed of his clothing, his home, his career, his identity - everything. The Nazi's had full control over the inmates. What Frankl discovered was that, the Nazi's were able to control almost all aspects of his life, barring one - his mindset. Frankl managed to leave the concentration camp and credited his mindset to this and wrote 'Man's Search for Meaning' from his experience.

The Fearless Warrior has a similar aim to Frankl's discoveries. It is not in feeling comfortable that we achieve our desires. It is not without challenge to get to where you want to be.

What are the workouts?

The workouts are a mixture of dumbells & bodyweight, we also have banded workouts & yoga.

They are focussed around the principle of progressive overload.

So inturn we just aim to become a bit better over time, this helps to build and create more muscle.

Do I need to do them live?

No, you can do the workouts in a time that suits you.

All are backlogged so you can just click on them and follow along at a time that suits you.

Do I need to follow specific diet?

All 'diets' work, we don't follow fads or only have one way.

We provide all the information for you to decide which way may be the best for you at that time.
