WHY RESTARTING IS NOT THE PATH TO SUCCESS

It's time to ditch this crap mentality!

I'm going to stop until life get's easier.

I'm too stressed at the moment.

I don't have time...

This was drilled into us when I was in the Army. In my Commando unit we were always told... you keep pushing forward!

You get the job done and you succeed.

This world is mental at the moment, we are all enabling bad behaviour, we are encouraging weakness.

Telling our friends... be kind to yourself.

Slow down...

Fuck that!

Be better.

Winners never tell others they are doing too much.

They encourage each other to be more and to be the best they possibly can.

Raise each other up!

Ask yourself... how many times have you hit the reset button on your goals?

Did it make you feel better or worse?

Did life actually get easier?

Probably not...

Imagine where you would be in all aspects of life if you carried on... It's time to recognise that restarting frequently isn't the path to success; instead, it builds a habit of quitting and not sticking with anything!

Consistency is Key

Winners understand the power of consistency. They know that life is unpredictable, and there will always be challenges and disruptions. But they don't see these challenges as reasons to quit!

They see them as opportunities to adapt and grow.

The Habit of Quitting

When you constantly restart, you reinforce the habit of quitting. You send a message to your subconscious mind that it's okay to give up when things get tough. Over time, this mindset can become deeply ingrained, making it even harder to push through challenges and achieve your goals.

Winners Ride the Storm

Winners don't quit when life goes mad; they ride the storm. They understand that progress may slow down, but it should never stop. Even on your busiest or most challenging days, you can find small actions to take toward your goals.

Reducing vs. Stopping

It's okay to reduce your efforts temporarily when life throws you a curveball. But reducing is not the same as stopping. Keep moving forward, even if it's at a slower pace. The key is to maintain momentum and not let the habit of quitting take over.

Instead of 20 do 10

Do press-ups before bed etc, something to keep this habit alive!

Embrace Consistency

Remember that true winners embrace consistency!

They understand that success is not a straight line.

It's a rollercoaster & the only way to reach your destination is by staying the course.

Don't let the habit of quitting hold you back. Be a winner.

Ride the storm.

Keep moving forward.

Success is waiting for those who persist.
